Smoothie cu afine

Am incercat azi o noua reteta de smoothie si anume cel de afine.

Ingrediente:

– o cana de afine (ale mele au fost de la congelator)

– o mana de nuci

– un pahar cu apa

– o banana

– miere daca consideri ca trebuie mai dulce

Se pun toate ingredientele si se proceseaza la blender.

Este interesant la gust dar parca il prefer pe cel cu spanac 🙂

Afinele:

– au continut ridicat de vitamina A si C

– antioxidanti

– sunt bogate in acizi organici, minerale precum fier, potasiu, mangan, cupru, sulf, fosfor, zinc si crom, vitamine, taninuri, alcool si ulei esential
